SHIPPING CALCULATIONS:

Shipping costs are calculated on each item in our store and available domestically - if you are unable to shop with us, we’ll happily ship to you direct with tracking information (Cost to buyer unless otherwise advertised). If you are local to the Rochester area and are able to complete pick-up of the item and purchase in-store, you can avoid these shipping fees for any product or service listed.

RETURNS - PRODUCTS/BOUTIQUE ITEMS:

No product or service can be submitted for return for a monetary refund. If local the buyer may return the items for the value of a store/shop credit within 7 days of purchase. Item must be return unworn and undamaged (with tag still on) to receive the store credit.

If a customer is not local then they can ship the items back at the cost to the buyer within 7 days postmarked with items unworn and no damage (with tag still on). They can then use their shop credit for another item, and will pay to have the items re-shipped to them.

RETURNS - SERVICES AND EVENTS:

No product or service can be submitted for return for a monetary refund. However if the services were unable to be rendered in total (i.e. no rescheduling available) due to the cause of Second Look, a full refund will be given.

RETURNS - GIFT CARDS:

There are no returns for gift cards at any time.
